Did a wood bg with Elmers glue, and then scoring every 1/4 of an inch. Added several different colors to achieve the bg and then added some metallic rub on's for a darker color. TFL!

Wow, that weathered wood background you did is fantastic! I got excited by all the hand lettering I saw on the inspiration site, but You actually did something about it! Love the hand lettering!
