 | | This is for the Featured Stamper Challenge - Precious Kitty. Congratulations Jan! Your gallery is amazing and I so enjoyed looking through it. Right now, I'm concentrating on making Christmas cards and I'm trying to use up old papers, so this one grabbed me immediately:
CAS350: Christmas Quilt by Precious Kitty at Splitcoaststampers
It's so beautiful. Love Jan's papers and design. The colors are so rich and pretty. To make mine: I changed up the size of the card and center block, used different papers/colors, put my sentiment separately and used a quilt block image in the center instead. Once the paper quilt was done and matted, I embossed the whole panel, although it is difficult to see in the photo. I used an EF with a pattern that looked like quilting to me. Although Jan's poinsettia & leaves are gorgeous, I did not add any flowers. Instead, I used a ribbon at top. Inside my card, I will use the stamp shown in the picture. Fun card to make.
