FS511 - is the AMAZING gallery of MommaPatti. She has a brilliant gallery that I have enjoyed for some time. I found this wonderful card HERE.
I turned the card on the side, added a circle focal and rather than the ribbon used a DP on one edge and the bold blue to separate the DP from the white layer. Added a sentiment on my card and used my own created candy dots made from Perlar beads rather than sequins. Finished off with the darling Green Duck Embellishment on Dimensionals and some faux stitching.
