 | | I started with wet watercolor paper and mixed in some blues and greens. Dried. Stamped the Starry Night stamp onto this but it did not take at all because the paper had so much texture to it. I could kind of see where the circular parts of the night sky were so I highlighted them with white craft ink first and then shaded them in with yellow and orange chalk pastels.
