I needed a quick card this morning for a baby who was getting dedicated then celebrating her 1st birthday at church today. I chose this pretty card from Candee's beautiful gallery. She has a lot of fun treat containers that caught my eye but I needed to focus on a card for now. I had cut a piece of polka dot dp for the main panel but I had diecut my letters in the same color of pink and they were getting lost so I switched to a plain white. If I hadn't been running so late I would have duplicated Candee's pretty Grunge stamping. I used ribbon instead of Washi as I lacked Washi in the colors that I wanted.

Great minds think alike! When I had made my card for a birthday it was also rushed -- I love that you stayed with the pinks and white and then personalizing it is a big plus. Your gingham ribbon with bow is the perfect touch for a very cute card!! Thanks for your visit to my gallery and for a sweet card! Candee P
