It's not 25 wishes...but i am sure we wish more than that for our friends who recieve our cards! I started out with these tags that I got on peachycheap.com, a set of 6 packs, which had tags, circles, arrows, and overlays...I am not sure why I chose the "25" over the "merry christmas" (but i think i am going to make another one, just different background paper and colors.). They are from a company called Chic Tags. I wanted to do the 25, the feathers, and the banner...then the tag sorta crawled in there (I think for the H)...i had the bell laying on my desk as christmas inspiration, however, when I put the 25 on over the feathers, it was popped up too far, so I ended up putting the bell on as a sort of counterbalnace. I tried it in the other corners...didn't work. I started to use a flower dot where the 3 dots were....but these i think balance out better. I had chose the off-green color burlap, because i wanted burlap, and i thought it would go with the green of the other tag, but i didn't go with it...but i think it still goes with the muted vintage color scheme...you *could* say that the red of the feathers are too bright, and the dots are too shiny...but i think they add a touch to it.
Sorry my desk is so messy...i do plan on making a nice area for photo taking...but i figure you would like to see the card, and not mind a bit of a mess. *laughs*

You certainly are having fun with feathers! I like this card better than the inspiration one. I lvoe the arrows on the date and the wonderful shimmer on the cross border. Just asking : Isn't everyone's desk messy?

I love this wonderful vintage card you have made here (and I love knowing someone else has a messy desk besides me!). You really do vintage well and to me a vintage Christmas card is just awesome! I love the embossed background a lot, the gorgeous feathers with these great tags and that wonderful bell. I love the hint of pearls as a finishing touch too! ~Karen.

Handsome card for Letter H. I like the embossed background and how you sanded it a little creating highlighting worn areas. Looks great. Well done. TFS
