When I saw the challenge, I knew I wanted to use this die for the edge of the card. I cut the edge of the card and thought "Oh, I don't need the white outline for this card. So right away I took all the pieces of the rose and leaves and colored them to go with a background I had made . Then realizing I did need the white outline part to imbed the pieces into, I had to cut another one. then cut one in red for the rose and in green for the leaves. I inked the greeting with a marker so I could just use the Merry Christmas part of it outside and the "and a happy New Year" part inside.

Stunning card! It pops right off the page in the most elegant way. I have resisted buying this die, but after seeing your card, I know I MUST have it now. I chuckled how you made your card because this is how I do things too! I like to say that I take the "scenic" route when I am creating. LOL. This is truly fantastic! ~Karen.
