For today's FS: Rita (Scootsv). Congratulations, Rita, I hope you enjoy your special time in the spotlight this week! These pretty tulips were my inspiration.
I changed the color, shape of matting and added some embossing. I kept the tulips and little bow, so cute.
I used blender pens to color the tulips adding sparkle to the very tips of each one. I used Ibbg in banana on that layer, even though it's hard to see, and sponged around the edges. I outlined the image with a sand marker. The dp and banana matting are popped up. Thanks for stopping by today!
