I chose a black and white theme for this card. I started by stamping my trees on white, stamping two or three times before I re-inked then layered it onto the black and white dotted paper and the black. I wrapped my ribbon around those layers and adhered it to a white card base. I stamped the rowboat stamp onto white and layered it in the same way. I masked and positioned the sentiment words, punched it out with the 1" circle punch and glued it to a 1 1/4" scalloped circle. I used dimensionals to pop this panel up over the ribbon.

I like they way you've placed the images over the dots on the DSP so that it looks like a row of brads or studs at first glance. You've achieved great depth in the stamping of your forest scene too. Thanks for joining us again at As You See It.

This black and white card looks terrific with the forest background and the little lake and rowboat in the foreground. The black strip with the twine wrapped around it kind of reminds me of piling at a dock! Thanks for joining us at As You See It Challenges this time.
