Long story not so short ... I went rogue! The inspiration challenge provided 3 shaker card how-to videos. I love the look of shaker cards, but I don't do well with Xacto knives so I used a seahorse die (part of the challenge told us we could do our "own thing"...not in those words, but that's my interpretation!) I had this large envelope out for another project, but decided to cut out the die without cutting through the entire envy. I inserted a cutting plate into the envy, placed the die on top and cut as usual and it worked. That's it a nice clean cut, but what do I do with it! The IC is shaker cards! Hmmmm, how about creating a shaker envelope! The picture insert is a close up of the seahorse shaker. The envelope opening was large enough to work on the inside for placement of acetate and cardstock.

Wow, is that creative or what! Super idea and certainly out of the box thinking. Love the seahorse and the undersea colours you 'filled' him with. Great envelope - now how do you top it with the card to go inside? :-)

Fantastic shaker envelope Vickie, this would be so cute to give sequins and such as little gifts. You can make little envelopes and die cut the fronts for a sneak peek of what is inside...
