This card is for today's CAS challenge. I used an old retired SU set Sun Ripened which I love. I paired it with the new Timeless Textures. After I stamped the image and water colored it with my Inktense pencils, I added the texture around the edge of the oval area and then added some speckles with my Itty Bitty Background stamp. I placed the Rhinestones and then tried to add the small greeting using my SMAJ. Even with the help of the stamp positioner, the greeting is still off kilter. The card was already completely done, so it will just have to be an imperfect handstamped creation.

It looks wonderful to me. Love that you used an old set. I still have one of those sets somewhere in my stash.

I love your soft coloring of the pear for this card. So gentle!

I love the spotted texture around the edge of the oval very much like the spots on a pear. And I always say that a slightly askew sentiment just makes your card look more handmade
