Using paper towel from a workshop that were covered with inks and shimmery sprays, I stamped the background and the fish. I did add a tiny bit if color to both using Copics and Stardust gelly roll pen. Love the white paint pen.

Wow, Shelly, this is really gorgeous. That bg is almost to die for. Glamorous paper. I can't say I've seen a more beautiful card with a fish on it. Spectacular.
