Here is a card I made to send to a friend with health problems. The stamps I used are from Our Daily Bread. The bird and scripture was so perfect for her. Just reading the scripture could provide comfort. The paper I used from my card was a beige piece of decorative card stock with no other color. I stamped some flowers and vines on it to give it some color. I used a cloud template to sponge the sky around the scripture and the bird.

What a comforting and peaceful card, Shirley!! Using this particular bird stamp and wonderful Scripture, one of my all time ODBD favorites, I hope will provide support and comfort to your friend. Love the combination of beige and blue, and your sponging behind both the image and verse is gorgeous!

Though I was excited to feature this beauty on the ODBD Blog, I am just catching up on my commenting here on SCS. This card is really special with the powerful verse and beautifully colored chickadee! Fabulous job as usual!!
