Playing in a challenge is good for the creative spirit wanting to get out and play. I made this paper-pieced cat (too adorable for words) and designed the card in this sketch challenge to fit my image.
I drew the cushion in, added a little pencil for shadow, for Madam Fat Cat to sit upon.
The zig-zag is a strip left over from a scrapbook layout a while back (See, I knew saving everything would pay off some day, right?) from my scrap bin. I used a Micron pen to "stitch" the edges.
