This is for my own HYCCT Challenge to make a card that needs no extra postage to mail. Funny story – I finished cards for all 40 challenges and was posting the final ones. Then I realized one was missing. I was so concerned about all the other challenges; I somehow never posted the card I had made for my own challenge! It was the first one I completed, too. Here it is. The postage stamps were cut from a paper that a friend had given to me from her stash. The edges were cut with Fiskars scissors to look more like postage stamps. Likewise, the bottom of the card was trimmed. Some color was applied with pastels around the words and the base of the mailbox. Bonus for postal image! We’re striving for the highest number of cards for this year’s HYCCT. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to HYCCT with this no extra postage challenge and all the others! Thanks for looking.

Anyone would love to open their mailbox and see all the love coming out their way. Love the postage stamps and yummy paper. Just an adorable and very sweet card.
