I am enamored with leaves lately. Maybe it's because there are so many cruising around my lawn. What a mess trying to emboss an already cut out leaf. That's what I did as I wanted nice edges. They are popped up on the black CS and the music is from an old song book. I love it. I hope you do too.

So striking, Carol! I love the gold leaves against the black bg. I know it's a hassle embossing something after it's punched, but it sure looks good.

Stunning card with the gold leaves against the black bg, Carol. The strip of musical score makes me think of the old song "Autumn Leaves".

Your embossed leaves are SO pretty, Carol and worth the effort. I have tried this so I did smile at your description- like where do you hold it while heating it. Love the added music and always love your neutral color schemes.

Your leaves look so pretty against that black background. Such a pretty card. I know what you mean about leaves swirling all over the yard. We had leaves picked up yesterday and I looked out today and they seem to be falling by the thousands.

Oh how beautiful!! Our yard is full of leaves also..While the leaves in the lawn look messy, I just the leaves and fall. Beautiful use of embossing. It pops against the black!
