I stamped the folded red card with the Simple Stripes stamp for a subtle tone on tone look. The tag was stamped twice; once in Brocade Blue ink and once in Real Red ink. I cut out a HAPPY and BIRTHDAY and mounted them over the Brocade Blue tag. I attached the tag over the ribbon with a folded word window punch out and added a brad to secure. I punched three balloons and added a touch of glitter.
