This is for Kathleen's HYCCT Challenge to Make It Tasty using food images. I'm also adding this to the CAS challenge to only stamp your sentiment and have your image be from paper, etc not stamps. I had these fun apple bags and I tore off the apple images for my card. I added texture to the bg with an ef and tore a black strip for accent. I found the tag in my stash (think it came off a card a friend sent eons ago). I added the eyelet and gingham to the tag. I sponged the apple piece to accent the wrinkles.
Are you playing along with us? If not, you're missing out on the chance to lift the spirits of women battling breast cancer at MD Anderson, and also on prizes from your favorite crafty companies. So what are you waiting for? Go stamp something pretty!

I love the way you chose your colors, all warm browns except for the vibrant red of the apples. Also, lots of great texture going on. Really nice, Gail. You keep coming up with great designs all month.

What a clever way to get your image. Love your gingham ribbon with it. Super card!

Nice repurposing from the bag. The embossing looks like a basket weave which I thought went well with the apples. The red goes nicely with the other neutrals. I like the touch of gingham in the ribbon. TFS
