I adhered the Happy Haunting Washi tape to the center of the card. Stamped the Happy Halloween in Archival Black Ink, used the Lots of Labels and the big shot. I stamped the same sentiment with Pumpkin Pie and used my paper snips to pop it up on the card over the black one. I added a punched out 31 over top of the black 31. Stamped the bats and spider web with Archival Black. Adhered a glitter star next to the bats with a glue dot.
