White and leaving white is a real struggle for me. I have a book of poetry that I decided I would journal in. I took inspiration from the words in the poem. I used chalks to add the rainbow and I thought I would add white by stamping music notes on white tissue paper and gluing that down over the chalk. It gave a little opaqueness, but I knew I wanted more so I took plastic wrap and scrunched it up and dipped it in white acrylic paint. I also added more white with white ink. I really like how this turned out.

This is amazing!!! How you can decorate the page without ruining or covering up the poems - this is really beautiful!!
