Thanks for the challenge MariLynn!! I was excited and went and gathered some flowers from my yard, and then gathered some will flowers on my walk with my dogs. My craft room smells like a little florist with all of the smashed flowers I tried. Some of the "real" flowers got so juicy and made a mess. I think it is the mums I might be allergic to. Anyways, I finally settled on some Queen Anne's Lace and a leaf or two. It wasn't so messy. I enjoyed being in nature for part of this challenge and taking it back to my craft room. Anybody and everybody should try it. It's easy and fun.

I knew even before reading the description that you used Queen Anne's lace. It looks amazing. If some of your real flowers were too juicy, you could let them sit out for awhile before using them. I found that the longer my "flowers" set out the drier they got and that affected the prints. So maybe that would help. I don't know The fun of this technique is the surprise.
Thanks for playing along with my challenge.

Your flowers turned out GREAT! I had to try a lot of different combos to get what I finally went with. I have to say that sentiment goes so well with your choice of flowers....terrific card Kim!
