My bg was done with Dylusions spray inks on foil dabbed with a little Izinks and lots of water. I then sprinkled some Color Burst on while it was still wet and sprayed more water. The foreground is a digi from Make It Crafty, I colored and cut out. I stamped, colored and cut out the mermaid from Penny Black (as well as the little fish). The seahorse and the paper shells are dies from Memory Box. Before gluing my frame on (with foam tape) I added some fringy fiber to add a more seaweed looking scene. The bubbles were stamped (Hero Arts) and I added white highlights to them with a white pen. The mermaid has Stickles on her tail. Lastly, I added real shells to the frame corner.

What a sweet and adorable scene. Sabrina was a river goddess (presumably a mermaid) so I have a soft spot for them, I even have a little s-shaped enamelled pin of my grandmother's which is little mermaid. I love all your shells, both paper and real, and the background is simply fantastic.
