I was so excited to see this new set with a "realistic" dog (among other critters). This was also my attempt to make the brick look more "bricky" by adding black ink with my Aqua Painter.

Thanks for your comments. The Aqua Painters are really easy to use - fill them with water, dip the brush in a little ink and paint until you are happy with the coloring.
You can put a dot of ink onto a tray, pat the ink pad onto a non-porous surface to make an ink patch (old CDs work well for that) or squeeze the top/bottom of a closed ink pad together a couple of times which puts an ink patch onto the lid that you can work from. I like the last method as you can use the lid as your palette to dilute the ink and get the right tone before you add it to your image
