Finally managed to get back and put in some details.
I used a striped SU stencil and ranger distress inks to do some stencil stamping, stamped the inkadoo flower and used embossing paste with SU chocolate ink mixed in and again with just straight white EP. I blended more distress inks over the surface to deepen the colour. A pearl pen was used to to make the white dots on the flower.
I've had some pebeo vitrial for ages and never used it so the brass flower was going to be my first test. I lay down the gold first then mixed in some blue, the vitrial gives such a cool effect when it dries a bit like liquid crackle.
My last layer of colour was a Lindy stamp gang spray to give it a wonderful pearlized sheen over everything.
I probably missed something but there's no way to know with mixed media
