Who's Turning 40?

Made this cutie for my trainer who will be turning the big 4-0 in a few days.

Inked up and colored this cute Penny Black cat using Copic Markers. Stamped image from CAS-ual Friday stamps. Used my Lawn Fawn Speech bubble border to cut DSP and Chocolate Chip CS, positioning it so that I just ended up with an interesting curved element. Added glossy accents to the balloons and added a few small sequins to up the party feel.

Image panel is just slightly smaller than the card base to give it a finished look.
