hi there,
Here is my card for the CAS challenge today; thank-you.
I inked the flowers using my watercolour crayons and water. I added some paint splatters for interest then the sentiment from PTI. When it was all dry, I drew in the blackline border.

This is stunning, Karen. You create such gorgeous " watercolor" cards with this technique. It has never worked for me. The black border looks terrific.
