TLC CAS Happy Birthday

Hi all,
I did take a few minutes to re-do the glitter portion with lighter glitters and also free form not lines. I like it a little better but still NOT a favorite with me.
I used ODBD balloon dies to make the stencil and ODBD for the Happy Birthday. Edit, last night I redid the top layer with the balloons. I deleted the pink balloons because they just did not go well and I also sponged so that there were shine spots on each balloon. I did like it better now, I'm sorry that most people saw it the other way. Serves me right being in a hurry!

Way to combo!! Love the glitter technique behind the negative die cuts and I never thought to use the balloon dies as stencils....very cool!!!
