TLC526 - punch (or die-cut) a decorative border, and then pleat it and use it on your card.
CAS317 - use bulbs or flowers that start as bulbs.
USEIT2015 - I needed to pick a set to use that I have never used. I had to put this set together to use it today. So I will be using this set next so that I can ink up a set I need to have see ink.
The tulips I used the one layer paper tole technique. It is really hard to see in the picture but turned out super cute. I had never done the one layer tole and I really like how it turned out. Here is the technique for you to try it: One Layer Paper Tole Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers.
It is also a personal challenge for me to use up paper scraps. I really love to use as much of a paper as I can and punch out small pieces in hearts, flowers or other fun small punches. Also this purple strip I have is from my stash of papers and worked really well for the table top and to punch out for the punch and pleat challenge.
Thank you for looking.

Very pretty Lisa. I love palparis' little rhyme! Those blue tulips are pretty and the little bird so sweet. I still have that stamp set too. I love the way you balanced off the design with a tiny white flower.

Oh, you will have fun using that set, Lisa! I love it, though I have to admit this is probably my least-used one in the set. A wonderful CAS card, with a great pleated border .

This is darling! It made me smile big to see that sweet little basket image paired with the your pleated border. Love it! Thanks for sharing this fun creation AND for reminding me of this sweet stamp - I'm going to pull mine out and use it now!

Ooooh, those lavender tulips are just beautiful, Lisa . I wish they were in my yard instead of on your card. You chose a great border, it worked really well pleated. Have a great day.
