During Hope You Can Cling To this year, Lydia (Understandblue) showed us a technique for cutting out pieces of an image and then burnishing it into a 3D shape with an embossing tool and a foam work area. For this card, I used a silhouette print and cut, which I printed and cut 2 times. I then cut out the bear's head, arm, leg, and the wheels on the duck. I burnished the back with my embossing tool on a piece of fun foam and then adhered the pieces with thick pop dots on top. The rest of the card was kept CAS so I could finish in the time limit. I stenciled the waves, added some splatters with My Favorite Things Abstract Art stamp set and then stamped the sentiment.

Jean Cross, let me applaud your efforts. Wow, when I first looked at this my first reaction was, 'oh what a sweet thick sticker.' I cant believe this is a cut out image. This card is, far by, the greatest card I've seen in ages. Sssssh. don't tell anyone I wrote that.
