Wonderful "Sweet 16" b'day card with the brightly colored popped up balloons, Pam. Love how you used the "positive 16" on your card as well as the negative portion.

I want to be sixteen again just so I can get this card (actually I could skip 16 but I love the card)..You are so clever to do the double number in black and white...awesome design! And the balloons provide a wonderful burst of color!
