This week's CAS Challenge - Age Is Just A Number.

I am pushing the CAS criteria this week - I made this card with both this challenge and the TLC challenge in mind but, on re-reading the TLC challenge, I realised I have used the negative space but not the positive!

I have SO much lovely dp and do intend using it up this year!! As you can see, the dp has numbers on it so went with a sewing theme and finally inked up my sewing machine stamp which I have had for some time!!

I agree, what a great way to add numbers!! I wasn't going to play this week because it made me think of those kiddie cards that say something like "Guess who's turning 5 today?" or something of the sort... but your card totally opened my mind to other possibilities!!!

Ah, there's my old treadle machine! What a cool image and I love the tape measures and bit of lace. It all makes for a lovely vintage card.

Clever and creative way to use numbers, Sue....on a measuring tape image which goes so PERFECTLY with your sewing themed card.
