 | | My 86 yr old Dad can no longer drive and has difficulty getting around. My Mom said that, when it was recently their anniversary, he asked her to go pick out a card for herself (from him, for him to sign)...I thought that was the saddest thing I had heard! So I told him that I would make cards for him to give my Mom at her birthday, valentines, mothers day, etc. Hardest part was picking a sentiment that he would likely give to my Mom.
I must have 10 different stamps of roses, but why are they never the size I need at that exact moment? Found this one online, made the stem longer & printed out. Colored with copics, dabbed on some sparkle... been dying to make a tone on tone card with my new Swirl coverplate... so here it is I hope he likes it, and then she likes it |
