Cathy's challenge was new year = new stamping supplies. The two new items to my inventory are: PTI "HUGS" die and the Heidi Swapp stencil(hearts).

I did the whole card face first with the brayer adding the stenciled hearts on top. Then the die cuts were used for the words "LOVE" and "HUGS"....saved those pieces and added more die cuts of those words to build them up. Glued the original colored words on top, stamped the ampersand and glued on one red heart that I had colored with a red Copic. Another valentine for the stash.

Love and hugs and a happy new year to you Sallie! The die cut sentiment letters are great. And as I commented on Susie's card, I'm not really a 'pinks' person, but that colour is really starting to grow on me. Keep making cards like this and I'll learn to love it.
