| | I have to admit, this card totally makes me smile every time I look at it. When I saw this Narwhal in the LF set, I know I had to pair it with the Kaisercraft set in honor of the movie "Elf." Die cut the circle out of the red cardstock to create the scene. Colored the back of the vellum to get a transparent water look. I colored the Narwhal with copics and fussy cut him to have him partly out of the water. I used a few little stamps from other great Lawn Fawn set to complete the scene. The inside has the other Kaisercraft Sentiment ("The Best way to Spread Christmas Cheer is by singing loud for all to hear.") Perfect Christmas card for an "Elf" fan. Because how can you beat a singing Narwhal?

It's a stretch, but I swear the red was inspired by candy canes, so I'm also entering it into the current Curtain Call And finally, anything goes over at SSS Monday Challenge, so I'm adding it there, as well. |
