Hello there and a Happy Sunday to you! Hope you are doing well this fine morning! I would love to share with you my card for today's December Release Day 2 over at Power Poppy....the image set is Camellias, and it is stunning! I had such fun coloring this image up with Copics and doing a little layering with some patterned paper panels. A little punched border adds some detail as well as a some stitching around the edges. I did resize this digital a tad to fit the die cut shape I wanted to use and then I also resized the sentiment as well....but that is the beauty of a digital image, right? You may have noticed I pulled out my Krylon gold leafing pen for this beautiful image and left the embellishements to a minimum.....when you have an image this striking, it can certainly stand alone, don't you think? Leave it to Marcella to give us the world's most beautiful Camellia stems, right? I do have a few more details and photos on my blog if you would like to take a peek and please make sure you check out all of the Camellia goodness on the Power Poppy Blog. AND, to really tempt you, this image and sentiment set is available today for download...woohoo! Thanks so much for taking a peek here and I hope you have an awesome day!
