Poster: Crafty Julia

I was inspired by our FS Nancy's card Tribute to Sweet Diane (QFTD209 - Tribute to Sweet Diane by nwilliams6 at Splitcoaststampers) with its green polka dots. I used a spritzed tag for a background, and added these cute stamped images from my SCS friend Diane. Finished with a 2 ribbon tie.
