Used dark brown for base with front put thru crimper adding a aqua piece to bottom front. Image was one sent by teapotter that I had scanned to save for future uses. Masked the light house and sections of sky when doing sky in blues and pink, water, sand and trees. Found the verse few days ago and fell in love with it and used it. Cut flourishes for under light house and extr die cutsunder verse and images. Sponged white here and there on front of card.

DonnaJeanne - what a great uplifting card for Ernie - great male color combo and the lighthouse and message will "raise him up" above his depression over the situation. Hopefully this week will bring lots of cards to help him realize that he can reach out and feel fulfilled in befriending others and being upbeat.

What a great idea to scan the image...it is the perfect guy picture and you colored it to perfection! Your design and color combination are just right for a manly card, and your crimping is a fabulous touch. Ernie will love this! Thank you so much for coming to his Teaparty. Your die cut shape matches some of the cookies - which means that they have your name on them! Hugz from NJ!
