I don't know how I missed this yesterday..sorry!!! I often watch herons along the river on my way to work, but not in as beautiful a setting as this. And the way you incorporated the stitching to hold it to the base is so clever and imaginative. Thank you for playing along and Holding It Together so wonderfully.

Very cool! I like your direct to paper coloring and the white highlighting. The stitching really ties it all together with that pattern adding so much to the design & texture of the card. Inspiring! Thanks for sharing!
