For this fun challenge I used four different Distress Ink pads. I used the large square of Tea Dye ink and just stamped the pad right onto my main panel of card stock. It didn't lay down a full square of color which was perfect for what I wanted to do.
Next I took the mini disress ink pads in Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Fired Brick and stamped them direct to the paper. Using my PPRS stamps I stamped the pumpkin and leaves using the same colors. I added a bit of Seedless Preserves marker under the pumpking for a shadow and then pulled it out with a water brush. This is regular card stock NOT water color paper so i had to work quickly. Then I lightly brushed my main image with a damp water brush to soften the leaves a bit. The "ribbon" is a paper strip that I embossed. A few little dots of Viva Pearl Pen and a sentiment makes a wonderful autumn card that's going in the mail today.
