It is really the very last challenge?!!! Lydia (understandblue) asked us to make a card inspired by our favorite children's book. So for me, the earliest books I remember were Dr. Seuss. I didn't want to put green eggs on my card, LOL so I went with the usual sunny side up yellow. After I had started, I thought.....oh the Boxcar kids! That would have been a good one too!
Thank you for hosting a great challenge Lydia and for all you do for HYCCT!!!!

I didn't read the Boxcars myself, but some of my kids loved them. I have read Green Eggs and Ham so many times that I'm pretty sure I can still quote most of it even though my youngest is now 12! Bacon and eggs would make me happy-and so does your sweet card.

Haha! These eggs are adorable! Love your card and, of course, Dr Seuss. I read all the Boxcar children books, too!

Even with yellow eggs I knew right away what book - I LOVE this card. I love Dr. Seuss so much - and it's pretty interesting how big an impact he's had on our group. His wisdom buried in silliness I find fascinating.
