HYCCT1421 - Bursting Dots

Poster: pvilbaum

Idripped and splattered some spots and dots onto white CS. Then I painted on a word window type spot for the sentiment and stamped that. I added felt starbursts to highlight some of the spots in the center of the card. I attached the white panel to a pink card base and that was it!
