This is for today's HYCCT Challenge from Jeanne to use pretty pink balloons. I went very CAS for this one. I simply punched my glittery balloons and glued them down. I used a glitter pen to add my strings. I used a maker to ink up just the word portion of my sentiment. This one was so simple I made some extras.
