For Kelli's challenge: Bokeh. IC464 I chose a beautiful pear in the Oval Paper Weights section. Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to copy and paste. I stamped pear onto water color paper and used a blender pen to color then cut out. Stamped again onto vanilla cs and lightly colored around the edges before adhering my wc pear to it. Added eraser dots, a pear matting, popped up, tied pear ribbon and I decided to go ahead and add some dots to the sentiment too. I love how this monochromatic card turned out! Having so much fun using techniques for the first time! Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

You rocked this challenge Roberta! I love how your Bokeh technique turned out...That green is such a pretty color and I really like how you displayed your main image in a simple oval..it's beautiful!

Lovely card, Roberta, with the scripted pear. Your "pear" colors are lovely and I like how you took the bokeh dots outside of your image oval and onto the main body of the card. It gives a flow to your design. Well done!

Wow - nice card! The monochromatic look is perfect for this image, and you colored it beautifully. I love the white-on-white background - the extra layer gives your design a subtle touch of class that pairs (sorry...) so well.
