Well, Lydia, you really put us to the test with this one!! It took up a good portion out of the last 2 days for me to do this card, and I know it is not perfect, but it was for HYCCT, so I persevered to the best of my ability. Not sure if you will be able to see all the raised pieces, but trust me - they are there!!
So, now, I will be playing catch up for the rest of the week - off to bed to rest up for tomorrow!! HEHEH!

Sue another great card. Love your chillin image, she is so cute and colored just perfect. I love your dripping snow or ice, what a perfect compliment to the rest of this card.
