Mary gave us GORGEOUS colors for today's Color Challenge:
Melon Mambo
Basic Gray
Wild Wasabi
I went with Dessert Option #1:
Add flowers or a summer scene to your card
I immediately thought of a flower when I saw these colors with gray used as the foil to make them appear all the brighter. I sketched a hibiscus and then used an aqua brush and reinkers to color my image panel. I usually don't like to add black or grays to darken colors, but when I added a tiny bit of the MM to the BG and WW, I liked the dark green that resulted.

Sallie, your art background has me green with envy! You sketch your own images! Geez, I only wish. Your watercolor is absolutely incredible and NO one will ever tire of seeing it! Only you can achieve such a rich contrast with watercolor. Very few people can do that! What an amazing work of art! The greys darkened your colors beautifully. I know this is a surprise, but RIGHT in to favorites!
