I love the beautiful IC site today, the Etsy Store, ColorWatercolor. This print just caught my eye! Maybe because I used this set yesterday. There are a couple of others I'd like to try.
This was my 5th attempt.... I tried coloring the stamp, spritzing - trashed. I tried a second time using WC crayons - trashed. then I tried using Creamy Caramel, stamped off... the brown mixed with the paint too much - trashed. Tried Memento stamped off 7 times - still not light enough & trashed. Finally I used Versamark, heat set it & painted. I'll find a sentiment before sending.

You have me singing 'Lemon tree, very pretty' now! Sometimes the simpler the card the more work it takes to get it just right, but it was certainly worth persevering to end up with this lovely card.

After all your attempts, this one is most definitely not a lemon- excuse the pun. Your explanation helped me know what to try and what not should I do something similar.

Beautiful! I so know what you are saying - that wc stamping is tough when all you want is a soft outline. I am going to figure it out one day and I like how you said you did this Karen. Lovely card. Hope you had a fab weekend - miss you. Hugz!

Karen, you stamp like I do! That is my typical day! This turned out fantastic and I KNOW you'd figure a way that would work. How soft and lovely this is and love the coloring! Beautifully done!
