Happy Thursday!

This is for todays WT492 challenge to add shine or gloss to your creation!
Thanks for the fun challenge Toni!

After stamping and coloring the image using C Markers, I used a VersaMark Pen and clear embossing powder to add shine to the image! Sorry it does not show up in the picture! I added the MB Leafy Branch Die Cut to on side! TFL!

Fran ... this is just so beautiful!
A couple of years of my youth were spent in Southeastern Oklahoma, a beautiful area indeed. One of the things I remember most about that area is the abundance of gorgeous dogwoods during their blooming season. I don't know that I've ever seen a live dogwood blooming since then ... but thanks for the memory!

WOW! What gorgeous coloring on those flowers! I agree, it's very difficult to capture shine, gloss, or sheen in a photograph.

Fran, this is a lovely card. Virginia's state tree and flower is the flowering Dogwood. In the early spring they are bloom throughout our neighborhood along with the Red Bud tree.

Your dogwood image is beautifully colored, and I especially like the use of the MB branch - very nice indeed. Don't you love this technique?

I love this image - I need to use mine more. What a labour of love to go over it all with the Versamark pen and clear emboss it. I think a lot of us had more trouble with the photography than the card for this challenge ;-). I love the pink-on-pink foliage on the base layer, very effective.
