Cut the aperture in the card, then cut two pieces of paper a little smaller than the aperture. I used the dolphin stamp on one piece and the saying on the other. Taped dental floss to the back of the center of the aperture both on the top and the bottom. Then cut another piece of cardstock 4 x 5.5 and cut the aperture in the same spot. I covered the dental floss with this piece. Then glue the two pieces with the stamps over the piece of floss, leaving a slight border so that it can twirl freely.
I dabbed ink on the outer side of the card that was not suspended. Punched the waves out and added above and below the aperture. Added glossy accents and after they dried prismacolored them to match the ink so that they looked like water droplets. Final step was to add glitter to dolphins.
