another easy peasy card... the green bg paper with the valance is one paper thus my colour scheme. added scrap of paper at bottom for gift to sit on...after colouring image, I fussy cut it, placed on dimensionals and added to card, then addced stickles to balloon.....gotta love these easy ones...
