I created my tile by putting drops of alcohol ink on glossy CS and blowing with a straw. It was fun and dries very quickly. I sprayed it with gold Glimmer Mist - it doesn't show in the photo, but it's very pretty IRL. Then I placed rectangles of die cut cardstock over that and grouted with black. It's a lot brighter than I anticipated!

Bright colors are something I have trouble with and respect people like you who use them so well! Now THIS card is fun! I love the neon colors! It's so cheerful, Priscilla. Your faux tile is perfect! Mine looks a lot like the grouting we do here.
